Join us and local artist Jason Cytacki for Chimeras & Monsters Kids Class on Tuesday, July 14 from 1:00-4:00pm

“This workshop will invite young artists ages 8-10 to explore the magical world of mythological chimeras and monsters. Students will use a favorite toy as a springboard for inventing a unique hybrid creature in ink and watercolor. Working with a modular, three-part format inspired by the classic Surrealist game Exquisite Corpse, students will create interchangeable sections that allow them to remix their own artwork and collaborate with peers to generate hundreds of unexpected monster mutations.

Please send your child to the workshop with one small toy (action figure, plastic animal, small doll, or vehicle) that can fit easily on a piece of 18”x24” paper to use as drawing inspiration!“

All other supplies for the class will be provided.

Workshop fee is $45.
