Are you artist in need of feedback on what you’re doing?

If so, this is for you.

It’s hard to create in a vacuum, and hard to know what effect your art is having when you’re the only one seeing or interacting with it. At Resonator, we have a small community of artists who would like to help you overcome this situation. Once a month, we will open our doors to artists in our area who would like to share and discuss what they’re working on.

We’re all artists who know how difficult it can be, and how vulnerable you feel, when you share work. All feedback will be productive, positive, and in the spirit of helping you build on the ideas and processes that inspire you to create.

The first of these “Community Crits” will be on Wednesday, February 1 at 7:00 pm. If you’re interested in sharing some work and participating, please sign up here. If we receive more requests than we have room for, we will schedule on a first come, first served basis, and schedule others for future sessions.

If you’d just like to show up, see what it’s about, and support some local artists, that’s great too. Just be there by 7:00 and we’ll set out a chair for you.
